Impressive and rare pair of early 19th century Italian armchairs, most probably Venetian, painted in their original light grey colour, parcel gilt and with original patina and wear through their 2 centuries of existence. Their back with interlaced curving bands of solid wood, elegant curved arms and cabriole legs, all with original doradura. Newly upholstered in their "as found" colour upholstery.
