Impressive Biedermeier display cabinet or northern Italian origin exhibiting  great mastery of combining marquetry and parquetry utilizing various veneers of different origin and color such as French and German burr walnut, as well as fresno for marquetry and line inlay, treated so that it shines as if it were brass. There are original glass panels on 3 sides including the door. 4 interior pine moulded shelves, two of them hidden by the door when closed and the upper one concave reduced in the center so that taller articles may be exhibited, such as flower pots, statues etc. The construction is of great strength, built to support entire dinner services of porcelain etc.
