Antique Scotch figured mahogany chest of drawers of the Victorian period. At the front it has rounded corners with full columns. There is a moulding above 5 smaller drawers the middle on being larger and squarish. Below 3 large capacity drawers, all having rosewood pull knobs and ivory or bone escutcheons. The interior all of solid oak. 4 flattened ball feet, one in each corner. The condition is amazingly original for a chest of this period hardly needing any restoration, just a thorough cleaning and waxing.
