Outstanding German Biedermeier Writing Desk of 1815 of fine Cherrywood*  with 2 pedestals of 3 drawers each and one in the center, all with original locks and key. The rectangular tapering sabre shaped legs are on all 4 corners.The black writing surface is original. The desk is the type that goes against the wall as the back is not finished. Totally restored.

*We have never seen Biedermeier furniture where the cherry wood plaques(not veneer) is 6 mm thick. You may see it in the photos of the open drawers.
